Premade items and stickers will ship within a week of order.

Made to order items will be shipped within 3-6 weeks of order. Depending on order volume, it could much sooner. If you need your order sooner please reach out to us! 

If you order items with different processing times, the order will be shipped once all items are finished (please allow for longest item processing time).

Products are made to order for you and your pet! Due to the custom nature of these items, we cannot accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations.

Please make sure all order details (items, sizing, Velcro size etc.) are correct before placing your order. If you have an issue with your order once you receive it, please reach out. 

USPS First Class transit time averages 2-5 business days, but can take up to 1 week or more. All orders are shipped from Utah. Customer is responsible for handling any and all lost package claims once the item is shipped.

Shipping is free if your order is $50, after coupon codes.

If your order ONLY contains stickers, shipping will be free.
